I became a practitioner after developing a passion for healing, through my love for, and connection with nature and the incredible healing powers and synergistic effects herbs have on the human body. Before starting my degree in Western Herbal Medicine I studied Horticulture and started my own gardening business. I believed that this would be enough to satisfy my desire to connect with and spend time in nature and the outdoors by working with plants. However my longing to help others heal through the use of herbs was not being satisfied. I always felt that I had a calling to introduce people to the amazing healing energy/ benefits of herbal medicine after the fast acting results I had experienced in the past. I have always believed that most conditions, be it imbalances or diseases can be healed through the power of plant medicine, and that we have just lost that deeper understanding and knowledge intrinsic in all of us. 

During my many years as a practitioner I found my true passion was in creating herbal products that not only have incredible health benefits but also taste delicious too. I would regularly mix up dried herbs from the jars on my shelves and create blends for clients to enjoy during a consultation. I always found that sharing tea in this way helped relax all who chose to partake, strengthening our friendships and enhancing my clients trust/ relationship with herbs and all the many benefits in balancing body, mind and spirit. Now I would like to share this relationship with others who choose a path towards good health and delicious teas. I look forward to growing this business and discovering new and exciting products in all the many directions the wonderful and magical herbs guide me to create.

Herbs and nutrient rich fruits and vegetables have so much to offer and we should look at them as mother earth’s gifts, the colours of the rainbow in our Journey towards good health and vibrant energy.
